About the project
"Tetra Nadzaladevi" - a high-quality, closed residential complex in the city center.
The residential complex "Tetra Nadzaladevi" is located in the city center, just 600 meters away from the "Nadzaladevi" metro station. The total construction area of the complex is 20699.6 sq.m and includes 3 residential buildings. The complex accommodates more than 200 residential apartments, commercial and office spaces, underground parking and well-equipped recreational areas.
The construction of the complex was carried out in 2 stages. At the moment, all three buildings of the complex are already finished.
