Solo Group
"Solo Group" is a real estate construction and development company that combines both completed and ongoing construction projects across the country.
"Solo Group" has already completed 4 residential buildings and dozens of commercial and office spaces. The total area of these projects is more than 36,000 sq.m.
The company's ongoing project "Likani Hills" includes up to 30,000 sq.m of residential and commercial spaces.
In the near future, the company plans to develop two more large-scale residential complexes in in the most populated district of Tbilisi. Additionaly, a hotel project is underway for one of the mountain resorts.
The goal of "Solo Group" is to create and provide high-quality, comfortable living environments accessible to everyone.
